"Fast Blue LightSaw fast moving aircraft from 90 degrees (directly overhead) to about 45 degrees in less than 15 sec. Disappeared after 15 seconds. DID NOT seem like low flying aircraft. No noise. Blue light only. clear sky. at 0248 verified with internet time. I have never seen an aircraft move across the sky as quickly as this on. I am motivated to find out what that was! No sonic boom heard. I waited until 0250 to go inside and start looking up this reporting instruction. Very little info found. I was walking my dog outside when I noticed the moving light while admiring the stars. Dog was with me the whole time. "
