"While visiting Mount Rushmore with my family on October 13,2015, I took a variety of pictures. As I was looking at the pictures that had been photographed during our visit, I discovered what appears to be 2 circular objects over Mount Rushmore. I did not observe those objects while I was taking the picture. The picture was taken through my car windshield as I was driving. There was no flash from my phone. When first observed it appears to be a whispy cloud until it is enlarged. When enlarged it is appears circular, dimensional and tangible. Unknown what it is or the cause. "
