Witness Testimony

"Many direction's changes at low and high speeds. Was looking as an aircraft but with unusual movements, standing in the sky, turning and changing direction at different speeds. Depending on the height in the sky, the speed and direction was changing colors between white, red and green. The next day (25/08/2013) the same time (00:45 to 02:30), I was observing the sky but I did not notice anything."
