"Was more like a Rocket, but in an area where we don't get rockets, central vermont. Very long roaring rumble, Doppler effect. Sighted fireball above trees, up in mountain area. could have been very far away, just like a large rocket launch. WOndering what it was and why here. I know there was a rocket launch in virginia yesterday. Saw two fireballs, but seemed more like atmosphere blinded it for a second and then it was re-visble as it rose. "
