SIGHTING: WASKADA, MANITOBA (CANADA)

Witness Testimony

"Me and my girlfriend were headed back from Brandon MB to Waskada MB. We got to the edge of town and stopped at the stop sign and noticed a bright object in the sky. Our first impression was that it was strange and did not belong, no thoughts of a plane came to mind. We pulled over and got out to try and get a better view. Object was seen hovering then moved south about 5 degrees as per our view looking west, it disappeared for about 30 seconds and reappeared about 10 degrees to the north and hovered there, disappeared again and appeared to the south about 5 degrees and reappeared about the same spot we first seen it. We proceeded to look at it for about 5 more minutes when I actually thought to take a picture. It was way brighter then anything in the sky, not in any clouds and it was in daylight. After taking the pictures we observed it for another 5 minutes, hovering stationary. It made us feel uneasy even a bit scared. For some reason we left with the object still there, took no more photos and went home. As we were driving south into town (about 300 m) the object started to move south as well. we turned east onto a street and went home. Once at home i looked for it but the trees blocked my view and honestly we didn't want to see it anymore."
