Witness Testimony

"On 5 june at approximately 1445 hrs. i was standing outside my office building on minot afb having a cigarette. it was a calm sunny day with a few puffy white clouds. i was looking west, and saw what i thought was a white bird, 40 degrees off horizon, flying in a gentle u shaped pattern from left to right. as i watched the object, it continued the u-shaped flight pattern, and went up through the bottom of a white cloud. i immediately realized it couldn't be a bird because the cloud was much farther away than i thought the object was. the object came up through the top of the cloud, and flew south for a moment into another cloud. my impression was that it must have been at least 50 feet across in size. the cloud seemed to be approximately 2 miles away. i strained to see the object, and glanced over to get my phone in order to film it. when i looked back, it was obscured by the second cloud, 5 degrees south, and i lost sight of it. i never saw the shape move. it was simply a circular object, and appeared to be the size of a very large star. the location was above, and beyond the west end of the runway on minot afb.
