Witness Testimony

"Red and green colored spheres twisting high in the sky. Connected to a line of green laser dots?!I saw two circles in the air, far away. When 'on' the two, a red and a green circle made of colored spheres, were spinning through eachother. They were on for 10 seconds and off for 22 till 45 seconds. When off, you see vaguely a white bend line with small white lights on the left and right side of the object.Besides this there was a line of green dots. Looked like some kind of laser, it was always on but it didn't come from the earth. It was from the object and stopped somewhere in the sky. The line was as seen from earth bending of in the direction of the plain away from earth.I have made a video, but you can't see it very well. Stupidly enough, the Chinese on the street, a lot, didn't see it or saw it but didn't care. It moved slowly, I had to cross the street to see it again, and after 15 minutes, it was behind the buildings and i wasn't able to see it again.I am very curious what it was. It was very special although it looked just like a bunch of led-lights in the sky. But i think it was way to high for LED lights.. "
