Witness Testimony
"Orange light that fades out and reappearsObserved an orange light in the south east sky while traveling south bound on Hwy 37 north of Mitchell, SD. Light would stay on for approximately 2-3 seconds and then would fade out. Repeated this process three or four times before fading out and not reappearing. Light was stationary. Observed two or three aircraft traveling in night sky west to east in the southern sky. "
