Witness Testimony

"A light hovered down the hill at a ridiculous speed.We was walking back down Pendle Hill, we turned around at the bottom to look back up and saw a light at the top. This light then continued to move down the hill. It was a circle like light that hovered over the hill moving rapidly down towards us. It took us 50 minutes to get down the hill, yet the light moved half way down the hill in about a minute. This ruled out it being a human, also vehicles are not permitted on the hill which ruled out a car etc. We would like to here any plausible explanations please. "
