"Round light outside, above the house moves when you move.February 2014 Place: Northern Ontario Canada A strange light in the sky around and above the house.It seems to move if you move.Also changes color.Stays in the sky for a while then disappears.It started in December of 2013...is when it was noticed.Still on going now usually soon as it is dark outside, after dinner time. "
