Witness Testimony

"I was traveling east on Hwy 32 out of Alma Ga around 9:30pm, 6 miles out I noticed what I thought was a C-130 flying low level night time exercises, having served 12 years in the US Army I am very familiar with the Air Craft. As I rolled my window down I could see what I thought was 4 spot lights 24"x24" at the rear of the Air Craft on which is common whenever you practice for night time jumps. But what struck me was the Air Craft was not over taking my highway speed in fact it was matching my speed of 65mph which is impossible. I knew I had a 45* turn up ahead that would put me on highway 203 north, I thought if I could beat the object to that turn I could see what it really was. As I increased my speed and made the turn onto highway 203 the object had jumped ahead of me by a 1/4 of a mile traveling north on highway 203 just inside and over the pine trees off the highway. For the next 6 miles I was unable to gaine back the 1/4 mile I lagged behind even at times of running my truck over 100mph. I then saw the object cross the road ahead of me into a 500 to 700 acrea filed. When I reached the filed I put on my brakes hard pushing me into the ditch as I jumped out of the truck there was some moon light that slightly light it up giveing it a shape of a long cigar with dim lights all over it and it looked to be larger than the filed. It was a black object that was tilteing on its side slowly when it was vertical it left at the nothing less that the speed of light traveling in a more western direction like when I first noticed it.
