Witness Testimony

"Saw at least 20 orange lights above tree tops going in a southeasterly direction. They did not flicker or blink and were in almost a 2x2 formation. Got 2 photos but unable to load to this site. Very strange occurrence.
[Additional information by the witness at a latest email: I did a little investigation and discovered the lights were flame less lanterns someone had sent up and they came over my house. Just wanted to let you know mystery was solved]"
