" Red flashing light that hovered at or just below cloud level. It drifted back and forth. It moved up into the clouds and disappeared for a minute. Next, a bright light appeared out of the cloud and shot straight down to the grown. This has happened several times and one of my friends that lives a mile has been witnessing it, too.
