"While driving to work, i saw an octagon shaped flying object in the sky, hovering above the treeline and frantically darting around like an insect. the object was the size of a volkswagen beetle. at first, i thought it was some sort of drone or airplane but it was so large and flying in such an erratic pattern, i started to wonder what it could be. it also emitted a bright yellowish light from one side, almost like a searchlight. the light was strange, though, it didn't look like a direct beam of light and more like how a flashlight beam looks when it is shining through smoke, a kind of hazy, almost floating through the air like you can touch it. it continued to dart around, across the street and in the air. i pulled my car over to look at it and when i turned in my seat to look at the thing, it very quickly flew straight upward and flew out of sight into the sky.
