Witness Testimony

"Three days ago, i was sitting on my balcony at around 5 am. i observed a circle of lights, gold in color, in the sky that were not moving. they did not blink, were very steady. the object remained there until daylight occurred and i could not see it. two days ago, getting home from work, i noticed it again, but, this time, it was in a different portion of the sky and much lower and it actually lowered behind the building i was looking at it. last night, again, the object was in the sky. i took a few pics of it with my cell phone camera, but one cannot see the image well. when enlarged, it looks like three round circles of mass with a blue color. might be a weather balloon, but none has been reported in the area."
