Witness Testimony

"Went out to walk the dogs about 9PM on 3/14/16. Looked to the SSE and saw a bright light coming my direction. It was well below the altitude that I see the passenger planes flying. It was NOT a meteor/shooting star. The light never faded. The object flew directly overhead and I was able to see an outline around the light, but could not make out a shape. There were no wing lights, no landing lights. etc. It was most definitely NOT a standard airplane. The object flew across the entire sky in just a matter of seconds in total silence....maybe 10 seconds or so. About the time it got directly overhead I stepped back in the house and called my wife. She didn't hear me so I stepped back outside and watched it the rest of the way. It was SO incredible fast, I nearly missed the rest of it. No way was this a passenger plane. "
