"Moving NW to SE at consistent speed and direction. Illumination appears to be from reflection of the sun. No sound. Flew directly over my head while i was fumbling with my Android cellphone. Took about four pics but others were blurred and out of focus. Then it was out of visual range. Definitely NOT a balloon, airplane, or drone. Estimate size just a little smaller than a "smart car." Not good at estimating altitudes, but maybe about 200 meters? I'm 63 years old and while I'm not a tinfoil hat wearer, this is not the first time I've seen something in the sky that I could not explain. Ask me about the time aboard the USS William M. Wood somewhere in the Mediterranean and the cigar shaped UFO in broad daylight..."
