Witness Testimony

"We were 3 in Vehicle, 2 adults 1 child. I asked my sister in Law, who lives in rome. ( I don't) If that was a normal light formation. She asked her daughter, who was sleepy and, answered NO.We both thought it wired. She was driving, therefore got a limited view.I asked here if there was an airport there or electrical posts that could give off such a distinct light.She said no. I emmidiately texted my husband to say thet he would love this wierdness.As we took the off-ramp the lights moved and merged together to then disappere.It was just like on TV. The four light swirld about and melted together to then extinguish."
