"Dear staff o mufon, i am writing because many years ago i saw a phenomena in the sky which i can't forget and i would like to know from you if something similar has been seen from others in the history among your cases. i am talking about hundrends of black dots appearing suddently in a clear sky. they were totally still and in the same way, suddenly, they disappeared. it happened in italy, near rome about 20 years ago. thank in advance and good job!"
