"I got up at 4 am to go the bathroom in our beach house in Belize and noticed a bright light hovering over the sea. I know this was no star that I have ever seen before. So I woke my wife up and told her to grab her camera (this is the second one we have seen and we did not get a picture of the first one) so we went out to the beach an it was moving very fast in a small area, she took three photos of it. One photo from where we were standing then zoomed in on the other two. It only seemed like it was a few hundred yards above the sea. After getting the photos and watching it for a few minutes we went back to bed and never did see it leave."
