"I was in my car, spotted the globe at my left, the object seemed to hover at an altitude of ~250m, i tried to get closed turning to a side road, leaving the object at my right. getting closer the object appeared to move in nw direction, considering my speed (~90km/h) the object got easily farther, i can guess a speed greater than 500km/h. after 5 minutes following the object (no change in color, only red visible, pulsating frequency maintained at ~2hz during the whole time, no change in direction) the object got too distant to be clearly visible."
