" Lights in sky above Cook Inlet, AlaskaLooking NW there across Cook Inlet from the western bluff of the Kenai Peninsula the three of us (my wife and I along with my 21 yr old nephew) saw four very large bright lights glowing in the sky above the mountain range. By the time I ran downstairs three of the 4 dimmed a bit bright white to dim red/orange like a flare. We all ran out to the deck and looked through binoculars and saw the second light from the left had a clear smoke/vapor trail like it had fallen from the sky, but it wasn't moving, just hanging in the sky like the other lights.
