Witness Testimony
" Short encounter of a fireball. More importantly, a balloon covering underneath.As I watched the sky I saw an orange colored object in the sky. I could not warn anyone as I was in the middle of a street.I watched the object move up. It was bright, but as it moved over my head something was covered in the under, preventing light to be as bright. The covering looked like a balloon. The emission of orange colored light was still visible from its sides, however. "
