" Orange/red pulsing light, first noticed it coming into view over the east/north eastern horizon. Moving accross the sky at high altitude, in a wide turn to the south. Took approx 2 minutes to cross the night sky. Color was unusual, and pulsing in intensity. No navigational lights. No blinking lights. No sound. "
