Witness Testimony

"Was sitting outside relaxing and seen this bright flashing strobe type craft flying north from south it did not look like your normal strobe you have on airplanes, so i immediately came in and checked my flight radar at https://www.Flightradar24.Com to see what it was cause ya know i wanted to make sure, just had that feeling that it wasn't normal, and i come in and find nothing on my flight radar in my county moving or the next county over to my east nothing moving north from south, this is not the first time iv seen this sitting out in my front yard looking east which is were most of the activity i see occur, but nothing low to the ground, this object i seen was approximately 10,000 to 15,000 feet or higher and bright flashes of light moving faster then 500mph no noise absolutely silent and could not have been more then 10 miles away from me, iv seen a lot of different airplanes at night and how they strobe, lol this was not your normal strobe light of a airplane and never seen a satellite strobe this way either, like it was trying to pretend to be a airplane. on further note each night about the same time from 9pm on you may see a single or 4 flashes of light and its almost like the light is a camera flash from a satellite, but you will usually see it only flash 1 to 4 times and you don't see the satellite or object unless you have a night vision camera or 20/15 binocular vision, and even with me having 20/15 vision its still hard to see and also at times appears stationary or after the flash you will see it flash in a totally different location further away from the initial flash, i keep nice little tools handy like the flight radar and satellite tracker and i am stumped as to wtf this or anything iv seen previous to this could have been. this is one of my first times reporting something like this to mufon, i know you guys probably get a lot of these types of reports, if you guys go any questions feel free to call me anytime after 12 noon cst thank you"
