"I saw the object around 4am when i was walking out onto my back patio to get some fresh air. While i was standing there I looked up into the sky to look at the stars when i noticed a strange slowly pulsating semi solid white light in the south east towards retreat. i then proceeded to watch this object hover in place for about 3 minuets before the object seemed to fade into the night sky. my first though was that it was a plane until i noticed the light weren't blinking blue, that it was a slightly pulsating white color, then i thought it might be a satellite but the sky was cloudy so it couldn't have been one. "
