Witness Testimony

"Intermittent flash of light at different intensities and durations moving slowly from SW to NE at approximately 7:40pm. No sound. No red/green navigation lights. Couldn't judge altitude, but not close to ground. Flashes of light varied from dull slow one second pulse to bright fast flash and no regular pattern. Weird. Watched for about 5 mins and it traveled about 4 miles before I lost sight."
