"Went outside at 3:05 am and noticed a bright object in the sky. Started watching it and it stood out due to the lights. It's a cloudy night however this was no cloud. Compared to the clouds it was glowing. It disappeared almost as if it faded and then about 30 seconds later it came back to it full glow. I went to wake my family up so they could make sure I wasn't seeing things. They too were able to see it. I grabbed my phone to take a picture which didn't come out to great. I'm guess due to the distance. Next I tried to record it however as soon as my light came on shining in that direction it disappeared again. Quickly. It's now 3:20 and I haven't seen it again. The shape was kind of an oval shape with a circular some type shape in the center. Individual square shaped areas were glowing the brightest in the domed area. No flashing /blinking lights at all. "
