Witness Testimony

"I was at my house. i took the dogs out and i live next to ft hood and some helicopters were flying over my house (south to north) like they always do since there is a ft hood helicopter landing site across the road from my house on base. they helicopters flew to the north then turned sharp to the east. i then saw this weird light to the north. at first i thought it was just another commercial jet flying over. then i noticed it wasn’t flashing then all the sudden it dropped about estimated one foot from where i was standing. then floated up two foot. then kept going north pulsing randomly and still dropping and floating as it went on. i watched it until it just totally disappeared. to the south of me at the same time to the south ft hood was shooting flares in the sky which are a orange yellow color. this floating light i saw was white. "
