Witness Testimony

"I was at the intersection stonelake drive and capital of texas highway on my bicycle when i look up to the east to see two red lights with a white light between hovering in the sky, just behind a little fluffy cloud. i watched and noticed it did not move. when the turn light went green, i went through and stopped at the nearby bus stop. from there i continued to watch the thing in the sky. the thing then zipped quietly from where it was to the west no far away where it hovered for a bit. at the bus stop, i reached for my "smart" phone to try to get a pic, at which point, it zipped off without a sound."
