"i was in my second yr of my engineering,studying in a college near rushikonda beach, vizag; India. I was a hosteler. There were regular power outages during those days at 7:00PM-9:00PM. I was returning the hostel from library walking by the road beside our sports field. I saw two light separated by a constants distance moving very slowly over the rusikonda hill at about a mile high from the ground. I stood the and watched them for a few minutes they initial moved very slow, later passed the hill towards the beach adjacent to the hill and went towards the sea increased there altitude and disappeared in to the horizon."
