Witness Testimony

"I did not see it, my boyfriend did and he does not want to report it because he thinks he'll sound crazy however other people did see it too. He called me when he saw it and explained it as "green and red strobe lights flashing every where" he said it was moving too fast to be an aircraft of any kind. He also said it would disapear and reappear in different places. At first there was only one and then it disappeared. He continued driving to watseka from Danville (he was in the outskirts of Milford when he first saw it) then he saw another one but it was only green. He decided to turn around and found the original red and green one had reappeared. I told him to go home and on his way home he continued to see one reappear above his head. This is what I can remember from our conversation last night. There may be more details or I may have gotten a few wrong. I also know that other people from around the Bismarck, Hoopeston, and Milford areas had seen a green flashing figure in the sky. I'm still trying to get my boyfriend to report what he saw so that he can tell it in full detail. He also tried to take a picture but it was too dark and did not show up on his phone "
