Witness Testimony

"I woke up at around 2am hearing a sound i had never heard , a mix between a phone vibrating on a hard surface and ringing in my ears (which i was experiencing at the time, and i have had no know ear problems) i checked my phone as soon as i woke, like i always do and there were no missed calls or messages or anything to have cause my phone to be causing the vibrating, which at this stage was very loud. The Bright Blue/turquoise beam or light that was lighting up my entire bedroom seemed to dim and then brighten again, i also noticed and felt, as my 2 dogs were on my bed, that they were completely oblivious to the noise and light and that they seemed to be shaking (as if they were cold), but they were completely fast asleep and would not respond to me, me being a 23 year old who had to go to work in only a few more hours dismissed this entire episode and i tried to go back to sleep with the sound buzzing away and light still dimming and re-lighting my room, i eventually rolled onto my back, opened my eyes to see 3, Approx 6 ft tall Extraterrestrial beings, in my room, 1 standing at my door which was Closed and always is at night, another at the foot of my bed and the last standing right beside me looking down at me. i then remember being moved from my bed on to the floor (i felt as though i was literally floating down to the floor)and being dragged by my feet closer to the being at the door, i was completely paralyzed for this entire time, once i was dragged to my bedroom door the being that was standing there knelt down and placed its hand on my chest, i then remember waking up to no noise or light, pitch black room, switching my bedside light on and checking my phone to see that it was 4:30am, i have not been able to go to sleep or live without the feeling that something is constantly watching me since, and i have had past experiences either with these same beings or others from the same species. these being i presume i have seen before, but have dismissed them off as nightmares.They are around 6 ft tall very thing would probably way in at around 40-50 Kgthe had and elongated head black eyes with slits for nostrils that would flare every 4-5 seconds and i did not see any mouth "
