Witness Testimony

"I work graveyard shift as a police office. I take my lunch break usually at 0200 hours but sometimes 0300 hours. I also workout at the police gym for my break. I had gone home to get a workout shirt. I pulled up in front of my house and got of my car. When I got out of my car I noticed a bull (not bright) red-orange light moving toward me from the east. The light was low to the ground, a couple hundred feet directly above and slightly to the north. The light went over me and stars behind the light disappeared. The sky was clear and there was no moon that I remember. I could make out an oval to round shape that was completely black with the light close to the middle. The light continued from east to west and disappeared behind some trees. There was absolutely no sound at all but a very slight whisper of wind on my head. The object appeared to be gliding and was not traveling very fast about 50-70 mph. This happened in either July or August of 2013 not sure when exactly"
