Witness Testimony

"We woke up randomly at 4:30 am and was looking out the window when we noticed "twinkling" lights. there were only a few at first then there was suddenly more lights. after a few the lights began to move. i ran outside and by the time i got out they were gone but then out of no where a jet came flying really close to the ground in the direction the lights were going. the jet was quiet. i didnt hear it till it was literally right above me. kind of strange there would be jets flying at 4:30 am. i velieve they were following something. i got a video of the twinkling lights. its hard to see but you can see them twinkle."
