Witness Testimony

"Me and my buddy had been playing video games. He was leaving and we walked outside together. He pointed out that you could hardly see any stars and we began to try and spot out what stars could be seen. I am already looking up when I notice a light almost directly above my head this fast moving white object but im looking through the tree branches directly above me. I say out loud "is that a bird?" while pointing. My buddy Jon noticed and said "no I dont think so" we stepped out from under the tree. the object had come in from the north. As we stepped out from under the tree to get a better look it changed direction and headed to the east. My first thought was that it was one of those big lights they have when the car dealership but as soon as I thought it I knew it wasnt a light reflecting off the clouds. If anything it was a low hanging cloud, but it held its shape, changed directions, and its glow didnt seem like the normal glow from town lights. It seemed to be glowing from inside. I am just curious if anyone else has seen anything like this lately. Jon is convened it was a craft and I must admit I have never seen a cloud like that. I have seen low hanging clouds that moved faster than the clouds above it but never have i seen one hold its shape as it changed directions and never glow like this. The whole thing was over in a matter of seconds, the object was out of our view somewhere east of here with in a matter of seconds. this happened this past week, a few days before Halloween. Im not sure if it was the 28th but it was either the day before of after. "
