Witness Testimony

"I went outside and noticed what at first I thought to be a full moon but it was in the North East. It seemed to be larger than a full moon a little hazy/cloudy. I went inside and called my wife and son who came outside. I told them I thought it was a full moon but its in the wrong place. My wife asked what it was and I said I didn't know. I ran in and grab a pair of binoculars, went outside and was looking at it, they went back inside. I noticed it change to an oval, then drift slowly away or possibly down. The it just went out. There was no sound. It was a yellowish color and at first perfectly round. It was probably about 15 to 20 degrees up from the horizon.It was strange that it stayed the same until I began to look through the binoculars, then started to change or elongate to an oval and started moving away or down then went out. It happened about 7:10PM to 7:15PM and lasted about 5 to 7 Minutes. "
