SIGHTING: FRANCAVILLA AL MARE, ABRUZZO (ITALY)

Witness Testimony

"It was more or less 11:30pm when I was driving my car back home after my night shift. The event took place in the valley "Fondo valle alento" between Chieti and Francavilla al mare (Abruzzo) Italy. In those days on that street there were no street lights. What made me notice the object (big as a golf ball, bright, lime green sphere) was because it was dark and a clear night and no other cars were around. As soon I saw the object on my left more or less (100 meters) away from me, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. So I opened my window and put my head out to actually look at it carefully! My speed was 80kmph. The sphere was slightly going faster than me. I would say 100kmph. It was going straight. It went over the cement factory, over the house after the factory and then just vanished through some trees. Without seeding up or anything! I couldn't believe what I saw. I remember it so clearly and still can't explain it. I was on a high and couldn't wait to tell someone what I saw. Off corse people diden't believe me."
