Witness Testimony

"I was driving along the A1, going towards London at approx 1am and had just passed the roundabout at Sandy. The road both ways was virtually empty and there was nothing on the opposite carriageway. I saw a bright white light which appeared to be travelling approximately 35 or 40 feet in the air over fields across from the other carriageway, and appeared to be around 5-6 ft across. I judged this from nearby buildings. It was going very fast, was going the opposite direction from the direction I was travelling, and was horizontal to the ground. I only saw this for approximately 4 seconds and there was no sound that I could hear above the engine of my car. It was very odd and I could think of no reason where the light had come from or gone to. "
