Witness Testimony

"Hwy 10, Jackson, La 70748. 7:45 lightly cloudy night, my home faces south. I went out side onto the porch to sit and talk to a friend on the telephone. To my left was a bright full moon. Then to my right there's an open field with two old cedar trees about 25 feet apart very tall. I live in town on the main hwy so the town lights are bright. A large very very bright light catches my eye. Its very high and between the two cedars. I couldn't stop looking, I told my friend what is that, watching after about and glancing every once in a while it started getting smaller,laughing I said "oh its going out" and it did down to a pin size then totally out. You could see nothing. Watching the same area between the cedars here it comes back growing brighter from the pin point to a full bright kind of circle. Then the second time it did this it got so big I said it again "oh its huge" and was bright on each side and kind of dark in the middle but wasn't split. Then it went out again and moved over and up over the town of Jackson. I snapped a pic on my telephone which I have not down loaded yet. When I blow it up on my phone its a rectangle with a hump and fire tail. I also snapped several on a regular camera. That I haven't down loaded yet. I did call Ryan Airport they had no information of anything in the sky. This thing hovered. When taking photo's on with my camera it seemed to be bouncing back and forth. I thought I was shaking. In the pic its a very light small many dots dot, until you blow it up. There was no sound and you did not see it move. It just reappeared"
