"I am reporting for a friend:In a remote location was outside working.Caught attention because it was not behaving like a star.Thought it might be a satellite or plane but quickly realized it was not.A light moving in a vaguely vertically circular path and repeatedly changing directions and speed and hovering occasionally.Excited that it was not something known or common to this area.Came to share the news and get it reported.Did not lose sight of the object.Going to see if it is still there now. "
