Witness Testimony

"On April 15th 2015 while fishing at night from shore on Houghton lakes east bay at 10:20 pm. I Noticed what I thought was a plane flying somewhat low , as it got closer I couldn't hear any props or engine noise which I thought was weird cause it was soo close. It was treetops high moving very slow like 40 mph slow and the red lights reflected off the water. The front light was red and stayed lit the whole time. The rear light was red and was blinking , the lights ran horizontal to each other about 100' apart. Both lights were as bright as ,say a cell phone tower light. All I seen were the two red lights ,nothing else ! I got in my truck to chase it down and video record it with either my cell phone or video camera. I couldn't find it because the trees blocked the view of it. It flew slowly over the tree line about2 blocks away from where I was standing and flew over the main highway with zero sound! "
