" Large silver object southeast bound at approximately 29,000 ft Mean Sea Level.Pilot of aircraft at 28,000 ft northwest bound over Lakin, KS, reported sighting a big silver thing southeast bound, less than 1,000 ft above his aircraft. The big silver thing was not known to air traffic control. "
