"I was out in my backyard at 623 Platte Ave in Alliance Ne and observed 2 orange lights travel from directly overhead (straight up) to SSW and slowly rotated. They started being directly next to each other (North to South) and rotated slowly to being East to West (parallel) while they were heading SSW. The 2 objects appeared to be lower than a standard satellite orbit but higher than any plane (probably 50,000 to 80,000 feet above sea level). The sighting happened at 9:59 for about 10 seconds and covered roughly 30-40 degrees of arc. Witnessed by me and my wife."
