Witness Testimony

"My family and I were taking a walk with a friend and her two children on Monday, August 18th, 2015. We started a little before sunset, but stayed out for almost two hours. It was a very peaceful night with clear skies. There was a plane that was flying very low, touching down at the air strip across the river in Ohio, and then circling my town again and again. I always like to watch airplanes and helicopters, so I was already looking at the sky. As daylight faded into night, I noticed another light in the sky. At first, I thought that it was a plane. However, I noticed that it was moving much too slow to be an airplane. So, then I though that it must be a helicopter. However, this was ruled out because the object was low enough that we would have heard it. The children we were working with that that it was a fairy. Also, there was only one light - a fiery orange, and it wasn't blinking as you see planes and helicopters doing. The object did not move much, but it did move a little, and primarily was in a straight line. It moved in a South to South East direction from where we first saw it. The sighting lasted anywhere from five to seven minutes. There were times that the light would fade. It could still be seen sometimes, though there was no light. Other times, it would turn it's light off, and then later it would come back on: it did this three or four times. A few minutes later, we saw a helicopter on the horizon, and we lost sight of the object after it dimmed completely. The experience left me feeling a bit strange, and somewhat paranoid. "
