Witness Testimony

"I was driving home from work last night when a light in the sky caught my eye because it looked like it was moving. i stopped and got out of the car and watched for several minutes. there were at least 5-8 white lights in the sky and were extremely far away. they were an equal distance apart from each other and were moving in a straight line heading from the south west and heading north. i knew they were not planes/helicopters because they had no flashing lights and were moving in perfect formation/distance apart. i also have a app on my phone that tracks planes and where they are currently located in accordance to ones current position. the closest plane on the app was miles away and heading a completely different direction. after watching for several minutes, i got back in my car and continued towards home. i kept watching through my windshield and after driving a few more miles, i no longer saw them. i got out of the car and looked everywhere but they had disappeared.
