Witness Testimony

"8 pm, i was home. looked out my south facing window and saw 3 bright white lights to my south, horizontal and stationary about 30 degrees up. i went out on the deck and watched them for 5-10 seconds, and then they went out one by one, right to left. after the last one went out, i saw 2 fighter jets orbiting where the lights were. i could see the intermittent strobe lights of the planes. they flew around the area for about 10-15 minutes then disappeared to the west. two nights later (about 8pm?) i was at a location 5 miles to the east of my first sighting, and saw the same lights again towards my south, only they were bigger and farther apart than the first sighting. i thought they were closer this time. again they all came on at once, then went out right to left. i did also see one fighter jet strobe in the immediate area. it left after 5-10 minutes. very exciting, this isn't the first time i've seen strange lights and fighter jets in the general area of the nuclear plant outside piketon, ohio."
