Witness Testimony
"Sighting of two twin lights brighter than Venus. They were 1 degree apart each other at 160º azimuth and 20º elevation. They had identical behavior, stationary and certainly they were not aircraft, flares or satellites. They remained at maximum brightness for 5 sec decreasing linearly (for about 10 seconds) the brightness til disappear from naked eye. See attached illustration edited on an Stellarium image."
