Witness Testimony

"A friend of mine told me this morning that her and few others have been noticing lights at about 4 AM, near the Sacramento Mountains, that last until the sun comes up and they disappear once the sun rises. She told me there was only one super bright light then once her and a friend went to investigate another one appeared and they became brighter once they go closer to it. She said its over the mountain and does not emit sound. She also stated that a few others have said it has been an ongoing occurrence for about a month. Photos to follow later on. "
