Witness Testimony

"While driving a group of athletes back to roswell from capitan, nm on tuesday, april 19, 2016 travelling east on us380 just outside of lincoln,nm, i observed about a dozen white lights to my se about 70 degrees above the hills. the lights appeared stationary in some random formation and seemed to operate in unison. they would disappear and then reappear in a split second seemingly in a slightly different location or changed formation. this observation lasted between 10-15 seconds when the lights finally disappeared. i have never seen anything like it before or since. i did not have any sense how much area these lights occupied or the altitude, but they had to be at least 1000 feet up since hey we're above the hills that boarder the valley that the village of lincoln is in."
